Rachael Farinella, Founder. Wellness Guide and coach and Mindfulness Facilitator

"When I embraced my authentic self, I created space for those who truly saw my value—leading me to opportunities and adventures I only imagined as a kid but never thought possible. Now, I’m living my purpose by helping others embrace their authenticity as well and create lives they truly love, as themselves, and nothing less"

Rachael Farinella

“Working with Rachael helped me cut through self-doubt and reconnect with who I truly am. Their direct approach and fresh perspective gave me the clarity and confidence I needed. This is who you want in your corner.”

Empowering Growth

Our coaching approach is focused on self-discovery, self-awareness, and building confidence in who you are and what you’re capable of. We’ll identify what truly matters to you, define clear goals, and break them into manageable steps that align with your vision for success. With a focus on accountability and actionable progress, coaching provides the direction and support you need to find your own path forward.

A mindful approach

Mindfulness complements this work by helping you slow down, connect with the present moment, and approach challenges with clarity and calm. Through guided practices and reflections, you’ll cultivate resilience, gratitude, and a deeper understanding of yourself. Mindfulness is taught as a practical tool you can incorporate into your daily life, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

Coaching FAQ

    • Coaching focuses on personal growth, achieving goals, and creating actionable plans for the future.

    • It is a collaborative process that empowers you to identify strengths, clarify values, and overcome obstacles.

    • Coaching is future-oriented and goal-driven, emphasizing accountability and progress.

    • Coaches provide tools, guidance, and support to help you reach your potential, but the client leads the process.

    • Coaching is not therapy: It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions or delve deeply into past traumas.

    • Coaching is not mentorship: It does not rely on the coach sharing personal experiences or expertise in a specific field.

    • Coaching is not consulting: Coaches do not provide direct solutions or answers to challenges.

    • From Therapy: Coaching focuses on future goals and actionable steps, while therapy addresses mental health, emotional healing, and past experiences.

    • From Mentorship: Coaching emphasizes client-led discovery and growth, whereas mentorship involves sharing advice based on personal experience.

    • From Consulting: Coaching helps you uncover your own solutions and strategies, while consulting offers expert answers and predefined solutions.

    • If you are experiencing unresolved trauma, persistent emotional distress, or mental health concerns such as anxiety or depression, therapy is the appropriate choice.

    • If you need expert advice or specific solutions for a problem, consulting may be a better fit.

    • If you are looking for guidance in a specialized field or career, mentorship may be more relevant.

Coaching is best suited for those who are mentally healthy, ready to focus on personal or professional growth, and motivated to take actionable steps toward their goals.

  • Guide & Seek takes a holistic approach by considering how different aspects of your life influence each other, rather than focusing on a single coaching point in isolation. We offer flexibility with both long-term and short-term plans, tailoring each experience to fit your needs. Our process is driven and results-oriented, ensuring you achieve meaningful progress toward your goals.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Coaching and therapy are distinct but complementary practices. If mental health concerns arise during coaching, it may be recommended to pursue therapy to address those challenges before continuing coaching.

If you have any questions about coaching and how it works, please ask for clarification before signing your contract.
